The Navan RFC Ladies team continued their fine season with a hard fought win over a strong visiting side from Arklow RFC on Sunday morning at Balreask Old.  Referee Paul Sadlier contributed to a flowing and entertaining game for the large and vocal crowd. Navan took an early penalty lead before going behind to a well worked try by the visitors. However the home team responded with tries by Geraldine Lynch & Nour Khairy either side of half time to record a superb 17-11 victory. The rest of the Navan scores came from of Aoife Lally who kicked two conversions and a penalty to finish the game with a 100% record from the tee.

Next up for Navan will be a final against Balbriggan in Donnybrook in April with the title and promotion at stake.

C’MON Navan!!!!
